Evapo Club

1.These terms and conditions, together with the Evapo privacy policy, govern the entire Evapo Club scheme and any application for membership of the scheme or participation in it will be treated as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may apply for optional elements of the scheme such as competitions and prize draws. Members participating in optional elements of the scheme will be considered to have accepted the additional terms and conditions.

2.All members of the scheme must be residents of the United Kingdom or Gibraltar, aged 18 years or over. Evapo may refuse an application for any reason.

3.Each member is entitled to one Evapo Club account only. Evapo Club reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time. Members who live at and have accounts registered at the same address may not join their accounts together.

4.Members must keep Evapo Club informed of any changes to their personal or membership details. Evapo cannot be held responsible for any loss of coupons, vouchers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate.

5.The Evapo Club cards, coupons and vouchers remain the responsibility of the Evapo members, as do any security details relating to the account. Evapo cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items. Evapo Club cards, coupons and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.

6.The Evapo Club account, cards, coupons, and vouchers, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Evapo which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme. The Evapo Club account card must be returned to Evapo on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use.

7.The Evapo Club card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is registered for the card.

8.Evapo may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Evapo Club accounts, cards, coupons and vouchers, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of: a.any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; b.any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; c.any behaviour relating to Evapo that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

9.Evapo Club card is valid in Evapo stores and evapo.co.uk only.

10.The scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Evapo Club cards may not be used for any business transaction or purpose.

1.Evapo Club members must have an online account and be logged into the account for rewards points to count on evapo.co.uk, and have a card in store for rewards in Evapo stores.

2. The Evapo Club card is not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card. But members can use it to collect and spend points in Evapo stores and evapo.co.uk. You can pay with points on selected products buy you can’t redeem points for cash.

3.Where an order is refunded we will remove the points earned.

4.Every £1 spent in Evapo stores or on evapo.co.uk is converts to 10 points. Every 200 points are redeemed to 1 pounds on subsequent online/in-store purchases.

5.Members can also earn points on promotional product purchases.

6.For online purchases, points are earned against the price paid for the products only. Excludes delivery charges.

7.Evapo reserve the right to cancel the point system at any time.

8.Evapo Club members can redeem the points once the account is activated and accumulated over 1,000 points.

9.Evapo Club members can only redeem the points in stores at the times your transactions are more than four pounds.

10.Rewards will not be applied to accounts retrospectively.

11.Items which may be offered as promotional benefits of the scheme shall be subject to availability.

12. Unredeemed Evapo Club points earned during online and in-store transactions will automatically expire one year after the date upon which they were first earned. If a Club Member does not redeem before this time the points will automatically be removed from their Evapo Club account

1.By participating in Evapo club, Evapo will collect and use information about each member, including their registration details, information about the use of their Evapo club card, purchases and other information that the member gives Evapo.

2.Evapo may analyse the member’s information to see how they use the Evapo club scheme, to understand their shopping behaviour and to send the member information, offers and promotions for the products or services which are most likely to interest them.

3.By being a Evapo club member and providing your details, you agree that Evapo can contact you with news about products and services. Evapo will never release a member’s personal details to any company outside Evapo Ltd. for them to use for their own mailing or marketing purposes.

2.These terms and conditions are correct as of 5th Dec 2017 and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts in accordance with English law. Evapo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following notification of such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

3.A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

4.Due to printing lead times, the terms and conditions in store or in hard copy form may not reflect the most recent changes. The most up to date terms and conditions can be found at evapo.co.uk/club.
