If you have placed an order with us and subsequently realised you need to make a change to the items you have ordered or the delivery address, it is best to get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible. We strive to despatch orders quickly, and on the day they are placed, so there may be times that we unfortunately cannot make the adjustments, but we will always strive to help. After placing an order, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or no longer require the items on the order. In this case it is important to get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible, as we strive to despatch orders on the day they are placed. We always strive to offer outstanding customer service to each and every one of our customers, but unfortunately there are sometimes incidents outside of our control that can impact your order. If your order is received with missing or damaged items, or not received at all, let our customer service team know as soon as possible so we can work to resolve the issue.

Orders placed on a Next day or Saturday delivery service are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Your ‘order complete’ email will have a tracking number that can be used to track the progress of your order and give you an estimated delivery time, you can track this on the Royal Mail tracking page where you can also manage your delivery options. You will also receive email updates directly from Royal Mail in the status of your order.

We strive to despatch orders on the day they are placed, however orders placed after 5pm will not be despatched until the following day. Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, your order should be received within 3 working days of the order being despatched, however, there may be occasions such as bank holidays which can cause some delays to delivery.
